Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all our shipping. Below are the available options:

UK Postage

  • Royal Mail 48-Hour Service
    Estimated delivery in 2–4 working days
    Not guaranteed, but a standard delivery aim
    Free over £30 (£4.99 Under £30)

  • Royal Mail 24-Hour Service
    Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days
    Faster option for quicker delivery

International Postage

  • Royal Mail International Tracked
    Estimated delivery time is 6–7 working days, but can take up to 42 days depending on customs and location
    £15 flat rate worldwide

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on local postal services and customs.

Sizing

All shirts are male adult sizes unless stated otherwise. Any variations, such as women’s, youth, or player issue sizing (which may fit differently from standard retail versions), will be clearly noted in the description. If you're unsure about sizing or need measurements, feel free to contact us before purchasing. We’re happy to help!

Authenticity

We do not sell fake shirts. All items listed are 100% authentic and thoroughly checked before being made available for sale. We take authenticity seriously to protect collectors and fans alike.

Condition Grading

Every shirt is graded carefully based on wear, print quality, and any visible flaws:

  • Great – Minimal wear, excellent condition with no major flaws

  • Good – Some signs of wear (e.g. slight fading, small pulls or marks), but still in solid condition

  • Poor – Noticeable damage or heavy wear (e.g. peeling, stains, or holes), but still wearable or collectible

We also include all visible damages or issues in the description, so you know exactly what you’re buying. Need more clarity? Just ask – we’re happy to provide additional photos.

Care Instructions

To keep your shirt in the best possible condition:

  • Hand washing is recommended using cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent

  • If using a machine, wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle

  • Never tumble dry – always air dry flat or hang carefully

  • Do not iron over badges, sponsors, or prints – this can cause permanent damage

  • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

Following these steps will help preserve the shirt’s colours, print, and material for years to come.

Please note: We are not liable for any damage caused to shirts after washing. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for items that have been washed or worn after delivery.

Returns Policy

Free Returns for UK Customers* (Exceptional Circumstances Only)

We offer free returns for UK customers only in exceptional circumstances, specifically where we have made an error by misdescribing the item in the listing.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as shown in the original listing photos.

  • If the item was sold as brand new, all original tags must still be attached.

  • You do not need to return the original packaging or paperwork—just the item(s).

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at thefootyshirtsco@gmail.com or use the contact form on the left.

  2. Include the following:

    • Your order number

    • The email address used to place the order

    • The postcode associated with the order

    • The item(s) you're requesting to return

    • A detailed explanation of the issue (including what was misdescribed)

  3. If your return is approved, we will send you a Royal Mail QR code via email.

  4. Drop the parcel off at a local Royal Mail Postbox, Locker, or Parcel Shop.

No paperwork is needed inside the parcel—tracking is handled automatically.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a voucher (Customer Discretion) for future use on our website.

  • The full amount will be refunded, provided all return conditions are met.

  • Please allow up to 7 days for a Voucher or up to 30 days for refunds or vouchers to be processed.

*Returns are only accepted if there is a genuine issue with the shirt that was not clearly described in the listing—such as undisclosed damage or if you receive the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover return postage and offer a full refund or exchange if available.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or damage caused after purchase (e.g. from washing or wearing).

Free returns are only available if the shirt is not as described.
We reserve the right to
make the final decision on all return requests, based on the original item photos provided in the listing.
